At Mia's Magic, we are bringing to you a wide range of services to assist you with all your wedding childcare needs and to help your day go smoothly in the knowledge that your children are being cared for and entertained by a professional, friendly, caring and imaginative team of childcare professionals. All staff are uniformed for easy identification and have enhanced CRB checks, at least one member of staff will have their Pediatric first aid or similar as well as being fully insured.
Your wedding will be one of the most memorable days of your life and a wonderful time for families and friends to get together, relax and enjoy their day as much as you, but sometimes the decision to "have or have not" children at your wedding can pose a number of difficult questions:
Do we want children to attend?
Will people be offended if we don't invite children?
Will they all cry and make noise during the service and the speeches?
How can we stop them being bored and running about after dinner?
Will not having children stop people from coming?
How will guests ensure their children are being cared for in the evening?

A wedding & Event Nanny Service gives parents the flexibility of a private nanny for the day and for a minimum of 4 hours can enjoy the benefits of our professional staff to entertain, play with and care for their children.
All nannies arrive with a selection of toy's, games and crafty activities for the specific age of the children. Nannies are particularly ideal for smaller groups of children for family bookings below 20 children. Any more than 20 children a Wedding Creche would be suggested. Our costs start from £10.00 per Nanny per hour.
After 7pm we can arrange a babysitting service for you offering peace and mind that your children will be cared for and tucked up safe and sound by one of our professional members of staff, this will usually be one of the nannies from the creche. This is a service that can, if practical can be shared between a couple of parents and can take place in the home or at the venue. Our costs start from £10.00 per nanny per hour.
Mia's Magic mobile crèches are tailored to meet the age groups and venues in which they are operated. Our trained staff will visit your chosen venue in advance to check out all aspects relating to safety, security and suitable childcare amenities.

All creches are fully equipped with the appropriate number of childcare assistants, an extensive range of toys, games and equipment. Our equipment list is extensive and covers a range of ages-including- Ball pit, pop up tents, bricks, play dough, craft activities, out door activities and games, board games ride on scooters and bikes etc. Soft play, story corner, quiet area for rest, wii player, dance mats, dressing up and much, much more. All toy's and equipment are kept in working order and are checked & cleaned regularly for safety and hygiene.
Our Creche service is available for a minimum 2 hours and with a minimum of 2 staff members. Prices start from £250.00 set up fee for 2 hours, this includes the time to set up and pack down at the end of a day. Our themed children's parties are particularly magical and capture the imagination of everyone, they are packed with traditional games, art & craft activities, creative play, dancing and fun. We specialise in Princess & Pirate parties but any theme can be created. For full details please see our basic party package Prices start from £12.00 per child for 2 hours.
For something different our workshops provide an exciting range of Art's & Craft activities to suit all ages and abilities. Our workshops are an ideal choice for children aged between 4 years and above. Our experienced, professional and creative nannies will come along to your venue fully equipped mobile art studio full of activities of your choice to suit. With a flexible approach our workshops are tailor made to your requirements to suit the venue, theme or a special request. A wide range of activities are available to ensure the children have 2 hours of creative fun!

As well as the services we have highlighted we can also offer traditional party entertainment, from magician's, balloon modelling, face painting and Punch & Judy
Children's Favour Bags.
Planning your special day gives you endless things to think about and decisions to make and childcare is the simplest way to ensure your special little guests are perfectly well cared for and have lots of fun. One of the questions you'll ask yourself is how will we stop them getting bored? Our Children's Favour Bag's are perfect solution. A good choice for children ages between 2 - 7 years of age. Specially chosen toy's & activities are provided to keep their hands and minds occupied from colouring sets, wooden toy's, cuddly toy's, card games and much more, they are a lovely way to end the day and makes them feel extra special when everyone has their favours! The toys and bags are handpicked to suit your requirement's, theme or colour code for your wedding.
Party bags are also a great way to end any event/creche/wedding. Prices for bespoke bags start from £6.00 per little person.
Balloons
Ballons are fantastic for children and another fun addition to any creche or party with a huge selection available from foil balloons, latex balloons, super shapes, arches and clusters are all available on request.
